Very rude arrogant staff with very bad attitudes towards customers!!!

We rang to place an order for a delivery but they said we were banned from shop due to complaints in the past of how late there deliveries had been but I don't feel a takeaway delivery being 3 hour late in the past and not on just one occasion either are acceptable on any level when each time we are told 45 mins and only live 15 mins away!

They also lie when they say the delivery driver is on the way and then no one turns up im sure any customer would chase it up with them which they dont seem to like people chasing up late deliveries but then to actually ban you because of there errors is absolutely disgusting!!!

Reading other people's reviews it seems like we're definitely not the only ones who have had this from them which is even more shocking.

"How do businesses keep going with attitudes like this towards customers,without customers they would have no business its about time they realise this".

We would never go near this shop again.

Giving these a 1 star review but this was us being generous as they don't deserve any stars for there customer service levels and extremely bad...

Ordered from here via just eat a couple of weeks ago after my mum spent 2 months in hospital following a stroke and all she fancied was TJs, unfortunately the coleslaw wasn’t how we expected it, more of a watery soup consistency, so I complained via the just eat app. I have ordered again tonight, minus one coleslaw for my mum and I and had the order cancelled so I rang and was told that if you complain you get black listed and the owner will refuse your order. Legally there must be a legitimate reason for refusing to serve a customer which this doesn’t fall under and now I’m having to explain this to my mum who already is suffering brain damage and personality change, all because I complained about two tubs...

The best burgers 🍔 I have ever had the pleasure of eating, great value as well as very friendly staff. However it makes me wonder how clean 🧽 the kitchen is? When you look 👀 at state of the entrance as you walk in, the carpet has ground in dirt all over it, one of the chairs is a accident waiting to happen. I think it’s about time they spent some of the profits on the floor area at least, when I first went in there to order and seen the floor I nearly vomited 🤮 it looks like something from Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen...
