Our Estate Agency business Wallers of Oxford is based at Prama House, which is a Clarendon Business Centre. Some might question why an Estate Agent would choose to base itself within serviced offices, but the truth is that the centre is perfectly geared for firms like ours running modern businesses in a modern internet-savvy world, with well serviced Meeting Rooms available ad hoc as and when needed. Prama House is set in a fantastic location in Summertown which always has plenty going on. As a centre it offers excellent facilities when it comes to the day to day running of our business, but importantly it comes with the bonus of a team of proactive and helpful staff who very much feel like an extension of our team. Thoroughly impressed by the services provided by the Prama House team. The staff are professional, dedicated, friendly, helpful, efficient, and welcoming. They genuinely care about their customers.

The offices, communal kitchens and member's Business Lounge area "The Dock" well maintained, with modern, stylish yet inviting décor. I also enjoy regular social events at Prama, continental breakfast, Macmillan Coffee Mornings, pancakes days, Christmas get together drinks and nibbles, daily complimentary teas, coffee, fruits.

Not giving this place 5 stars as I work in one of the offices and I don't want the site to become too popular! The building is kept very clean. Podium do a good job of responding to requests. Since I have been here we have had automatic lighting installed, WiFi signal boosted to more of the building, and a new nespresso coffee machine installed on the 2nd floor. A minor drawback is that the amount of communal / Dock Club space is relatively limited. So if you can afford The Randolph go there, but if you don't have that kind of budget, Prama House is not a bad...
