Woodstock Road Baptist Church — Local services in Oxford

My friend and I brought our daughters to this place last week and were very disappointed; had visited a few places around summertown and city centre based for a playgroup experience, this place made us feel very unwelcome - none of the members of staff came to introduce themselves, didn't ask anything about us, very often kept staring but would not come to say hi. One member of staff looked very frustrated seeing toys under the chairs so kept kicking them with her shoes into the middle of the room (but some children are putting them into their mouth after this...!?); bible reading was lovely but the way too long, no wonder parents start leaving. Singing without no music did not cheer my daughter at all... We were wished a good day by a member of staff at the exit but unfortunately did not deserve to get a leaflet the rest ones were getting (presume with some info about Christmas service/workshops (?!). Comparing to other places were you are introduced to members of staff, asked what is your child's name, showed around the place pointing baby changing or tea/coffee areas this place looked poor in all the ways with very very unprofessional staff; no wonder it is not busy (or it wasn't the day we visited). Will not go back there and will not advise...
