Update July 2025: Still heading the wrong way, was about to put a big order through, however no pie, no haddock... its a chip shop come on! Think it's the eggbuckland chippy from now on.

Update April 2024: Definitely not what it once was, I'm sure it's no doubt down to trying to juggle costs and product quality, but after the last take away I doubt we will be using here again, everything was just very bland.

Update March 2023: The quality of the food seems to have gone down hill recently. We first noticed this when the chicken kebab changed. This has definitely put me off getting it. We now tend to get a mix with the kebab shop a couple of doors down. Definate fall from grace.

Previous review: One of the best chip shops I've been to in Plymouth, we've had quite a few things here since the new management, all of which were excellent. Definitely one of the nicest kebabs I've had in a looong time, even better that it's with proper chips. Here's hoping the standards...

Went in to try for the first time and was met with a very rude man who just nodded at me. I told him what I wanted and the only thing he said the whole time to me was "£5.60". No interaction, no please, no thank you. He turned around and said to the other man working "she wants gravy". He then in his own language said something very offensive about me and the other lady in the shop, he obviously didn't realise that I understood what he had said. As if this didn't put me off...A few days later the same man and a colleague were stood at the door of the shop smoking so people had to ask to get by to go into the shop. They then, without washing their hands carried on serving food to people. I don't think I'm rude if I say he was a plump man with no hair (that's nothing compared to what he said about me and the other lady!) Disgusting manners and...

They has an argument with my husband which fine band him but my 11 year old boy went to get food and they refused him. He rang me crying asking what his dad did. I went up there asking what the problem was she replied saying your husband is band. Fine but that's my husband not my 11 year old boy he is just a child and then called police on me so I waited for the police spoke to then and nothing why because they was in the wrong not my 11 year old boy The day my husband was rude j wen tin apologise as he was really drunk and she...
