Torridge Pizza And Grill — Restaurant in Plymouth

We thought we'd give them another go after last time, but again, they didn't get the order correct. A small pizza and can of Pepsi was missing, and we had to ring to let them know, which took another 20 mins. The food is okay, but this is let down by them always leaving out items from the order, plus extras which cost more. We won't order from here again.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza for myself, and meat feast pizza for my boyfriend. I asked for no mushrooms but the guy on the phone said he didn't see the note so asked if I still wanted the pizza or if I wanted a new one made. I decided to just stick to the one with mushrooms on, I was also given a free can of Pepsi as an apology for the mistake.

Food arrived early and it was fresh and hot, very nice pizza and the spuds we ordered as a side were really nice too. Unfortunately they didn't put jalapeños on my boyfriend's pizza which he did pay £1 extra for.

The food I must say is very cheap but very delicious can't beat a cheap meal that tastes like a million pounds but I must say if the service is fantastic and the staff are very respectful to there customers and know how to show a very good welcome to there fast food restaurant I can't say anything bad about the restaurant it's all good to me and cheap and good food and drink I highly recommend there combo's definitely the 3 piece's of fried chicken and chips or ha e it with spicy spuds for an extra 50p fantastic loved it the skin was the most best part about it the chips was just right soft in the inside but had a crisp on the outside.

Really bad, first time assured me delivery in 30 mins, quite hard when I asked if they were sure 3 times knowing they hadn't even asked for my address, when food did arrive it was the wrong order and missing the drink, delivery driver was lovely and went to local shop to buy a can and returned with it even though I said not to, when I called back to complain was told to prove I didnt eat anything but then was offered a full refund, on stupidly ordering 3 days later, I was given £3 discount and not the £6.70, 2 kids meals delivered without drinks as stated on menu, order jumbo sausage and chips for kids, comes in the SMALL polystyrene box and the jumbo sausage broken in half to fill the box, would...
