Worst chinese I've ever had (with the best customer service). Ordered the satay chicken and when it arrived it was pieces of chicken floating in a tub of oil with no satay sauce. Rang the restaurant as assumed it was a mistake and they immediately offered to redeliver another portion and threw in 2 extra boiled rice as they said the boiled rice I received with my original order would be cold. I was amazed at how understanding and generous they were. However, when the new order arrived, it was the exact same, pieces of chicken swimming in oil. I tried to just pick out the chicken bits but I physically couldn't eat it as it made me feel so ill. The oiliest meal I've ever seen in my life. I always order the satay chicken and not once have I ever seen it...

Absolute joke of a chinese take away.

Ordered at 18:39 with a time frame of 50-70 mins. I get one call at 19:55 saying there is an issue with the driver and there will be a half an hour delay.

Skip forward to 21:45 - still no food. No real apology from the shop. No other order being sent out. No mention of a refund just “next time call direct and we’ll cover the payment”. There will be no next time. Now left hungry and angry and will never return. Thankfully ordered through an app so will pursue a refund through them.

Ordered this at 6.45 pm ready for 8pm when I finish my 13 hour shift at the hospital. No order delivered by 9.30pm. Very hungry little boy and both needing an early night before another 13 hour shift tomorrow. Call and was told it was being cooked and would be delivered soon. Called at 10pm and was told it was with the delivery driver. It is now 23.30 and I've had to put my little boy to bed with just toast for tea. Waited up and it never arrived. Very disappointed and will ensure we don't recommend Wongs. 5 hour wait and...
