They are lucky to get one star as we don't get that option, placed an order through just eat and paid for it the order was well past the delivery time so I rang them and asked where my order is but I was told my order has already been delivered to my address which it wasn't next minute a driver from there turned up at my house saying he did deliver it and he passed it to me and then walked off with attitude so my wife rang back and asked what's going on and now this time the manager was screaming and swaering at my wife over the phone and threatened us with the police so by this time got on the phone and started but the guy clearly didn't know we have ring the doorbell which recorded everything so my with ended going to the restaurant to show the so called pathetic manager and he accused us as deleting the video

We usually order from here and the foods always on time or even early and its nice food but they won't be getting another penny off us

did a 15 mile round trip to go and buy a chicken parmo as its a Teesside dish and its the only place I could find in Manchester that sells it from the takeaway ... its suppose to be chicken around 3 inch thick in breadcrumb's with a large amount of béchamel sauce on top and then lots and lots of hot melted cheese over it in a 12inc pizza box that it just about fills with a large portion of chips and a side salad ... how ever I got a half inch piece of flattened dry chewy tough shoe leather with a sprinkle of cheese and a portion of French fries flung on top... no salad .... and box was light as a feather ... had this been delivered anywhere in the North east of England the shop would be closed in weeks for no sales !!! its the worst I have ever had and ive lived everywhere across the uk and Australia and had snitzels better than this ... I would not suggest to anyone to try this was such a disappointment and waste of my time money...

Usually my go to place, ordered tonight seemed very expensive for what I ordered and they forgot the ice cream, I called and told and was told they’ll send one, I then open my kebab and no sauce so I rang again only for them to tell me I didn’t order sauce when I was literally looking at being charged for it. I shown the driver when he finally arrived with melted ice cream and he just shrugged and said ring the shop which I already did but was told I didn’t order it so I shown my receipt to the driver and again was met with a shrug. So arrogant and rude! Never again. Kebab got binned and this “takeaway” also...
