Britannia Inn — Restaurant in Rochdale

Booked in here today for food. . Not been in this pub for many years and we weren’t sure what to expect. We weren’t disappointed. Has been redecorated and looks great , food was lovely , homemade ( even the chips) We opted for steak baguettes and burgers . All presented well. Saw the Sunday lunch which also looked lovely . Met the new landlord , really friendly and clearly knows what he is doing and has some great plans for the pub. Live music which was also great. Really nice outside space too. Had a roast beef sandwich and I would recommend it to everyone, the Sunday dinner looked beautiful I didn't have the appetite for it but Il be going back to try the rest of the menu as my order was perfect. Lovely food lovely staff. Don't drink anywhere else now and this will be my new spot for Sunday dinner.
