I agee with steven cards review. All berkeley leisure care about is the money that they take from the residents, no proper maintenance carried out on there sites. They are also very good at keep sending letters out telling the residents what they must not do. The only time you see them is when they are driving around the park in there vans nosing at peoples gardens and acting like they are the gestapo. Why anybody would want to sell a freehold home and buy one of there caravans at nearly £300,000 with next to no privacy...
