Excellent hot breakfast sandwich's as usual, but 3 of the 4 BEST were missing the sausage. I rang to let them know, they immediately offered to redo the order, but I didn't see the need for that even without the sausage it was still a good sandwich. 10 minutes later the door bell rang - it was the nice delivery guy from the Door Rack with £5.00 as an apology for the mistake. Things will go wrong in life, but good service is displayed in how they are put right.

Absolutely poor experience! All the delivery drivers are rude! Speak to you disgusting even when you have medical conditions and have a disability...
