Greggs — Restaurant in Rotherham

So disappointed. I bought 4 pasties this Saturday at 9.30am. They were cold, my daughters wouldn't eat them. I took them back and was told "These counters don't keep things warm" which I find outrageous. I asked for them to be warmed up but, they couldn't accomidate. The woman looked at me as if I was in the wrong for not wanting to pay for cold food, then exchanged it with more cold food?? Its just not good enough. How does a place that is supposed to sell hot food not have anything to keep the food warm?? On a previous visit we paid for pumpkin spice lattes for them not to have put the flavour in. The prices are way above what they should be for what you get. £2.80 for 1 small bacon & cheese pastry you can buy 2 from Aldi for £2.60 that are twice the size. I understand convenience but, this is ridiculous. Especially as everything is always cold unless you buy them as they've just come out of the oven?? Baring in mind this store is down the road from me every single time I go in there they always mess my order up and to make it worse u r stood waiting to be served 10-15 mins they r always under staffed when I go in there the service is so poor it’s a joke. The idea of having a greegs there is fantastic really is but who ever is running it need to sort this out. Like today asked for bacon sausage red baring in mind in a bap u get 2 bacon abs 2 sausage there was barely bacon there 2 sausages abs the bread was swimming in red sauce the bacon is always over cooked and hard. I don't usually eat at Greggs put popped into this one for a bite to eat and I have no complaints at all.

It was very busy but all the displays were fully stocked with a good selection.

Ended up having a breakfast slice, I was served by a friendly young lady. The place was nice and clean too.
