Max's Pizza — Local services in Rotherham

Ordered here 4 times, first time it was gorgeous, no issue at all, pizza and chicken dippers were gorgeous, couldn't wait to have it again.. would have been 5* on that basis, but unfortunately it gets worse from there..

2nd time was okay, not as nice as the 1st. 3rd was, okayish, no better than anywhere else. 4th time was awful, chicken was burnt and dry, pizza was over cooked and hard, coleslaw was awful and chunky, and I was charged for a drink I didn't ask for.

This would be 1* if I didn't like their food the first time. I was told they won't deliver to me anymore because I'm 9 miles away.. I'm not at all, I'm 3 miles away and it's never been an issue before. Really disappointed in the decline in service and food. Its worth trying i guess but i won't be going back...

Food is amazing. Make no mistake. Ordered at around 5pm from just eat. The app said to be delivered from 5:40 pm. At 5:30 pm we were literally round the corner and received a call to say the driver was there. We explained we would be 2 minutes (as per app - early anyway) to which he replied ' well I don't want to wait, you've got 2 minutes'. Disgraceful service. He was early and spoke to us horribly.

24.5.23. pizza we ordered was bland and tasteless.. chicken with hot dog stuffed crust. Avoid. Put Extra toppings on. Worst pizza I've ever had but cooked properly still....

Ordered from here Saturday through ubereats, accepted my order, at given time of arrival food wasn't here so checked app, said out for delivery, 1 hour over delivery time, tried calling restaurant as app still saying out for delivery but no one answered phone, 2 hours later I was still waiting. Never turned up with my order. Ordered from here many times but that will be my last order, i will never order from here again, if ya can't keep your regulars happy them you don't deserve...
