Should be called 3 Stops, as that is how many it took me to pickup a parcel for which I had a delivery notification, but the said they did not have it. On the 3rd visit, I showed them the proof of delivery photo, with the parcel on the counter. I tried to help, telling them it was a box wrapped in grey plastic. The assistant replied in a condescending way "we have a lot of grey plastic young man". They eventually found it, tucked behind something else. I will not be...
