KFC Walkden - Ellesmere Centre — Restaurant in Salford

I'm a very fussy eater so when it comes to chicken on a bone I'll have none off it. That's why I'm glad for the variety off food in which has no bones, from boneless pieces of chicken, burgers, wraps, rice's boxes and salad boxes, you're never going home hungry. My often purchased meal is the boneless banquet, which consists of pop corn chicken, three mini breast fillets, fries, side of your choice and a drink of your choice, all for £6.19. The waiting often varies for just a minute to 10, sometimes often more depending the number of staff on at the time and whether or not you went through the drive through or in store. But once the wait is finally over, you'll receive a piping hot meal and ice cold drink, depending on your choice, which will gradually cool down to a more reasonable temperature when returning home. If you are eating in I suggest you let it cool a little first, I can't explain how many times I've burned parts of my mouth because I was to eager. Once your meal has cooled down enough, you'll be greeted with a mouth full of flavor and juices. The meat just melting in your mouth. It has been very rare I have ever received a meal that has been dry and tough to eat. Though I am always disappointed with the poppers because they always seem bland and tasteless. The most disappointing aspect of KFC Walkden is the drive through and the lack of signs posted when an item is unavailable. Sadly once you have entered the drive through there is no getting back out with its tight passage and a small drop off to the side which is only guarded by a curb and plants. I am a uber delivery driver. I was waiting for 2 deliveries in the Ellesmere KFC in Walkden Manchester , and when 1 was ready after 15-20 minutes, I was waiting for my second one. However, after 30 minutes, I politely asked if my second delivery could be made a bit faster, but the male at the counter told me to keep quiet and wait and his colleague was telling me not to moan. Then he started giving me a thumbs down on my rating and said that he wouldn't give me the second delivery anymore, even though they had given 5-6 drivers their deliveries already, and I was the first one there. So I had no choice but to leave the first delivery there and left the restaurant. All the staff at the front counter really humiliated me and this has also happened before at the Ellesmere KFC. I'm not a second class citizen nor am I a slave as I am earning with honour but they think of us like second class. I want Uber and kfc to take action and teach them that how to behave or work with people. I'm not sure why the male at the counter didn't want to give me the delivery. It really made me cry that in these difficult times if I am earning something for my family without any govt support so why these kind of people pulling the leg. The bottom line is everyone is out to earn with respect and does not have to be humiliated like this. I have reported incident to both concerned companies I. E. It is the worse service ever seen! And it is the 2nd time, the same staff, that man gave me the wrong order, and put very bad manner when I go back and ask for my correct food. Today I ordered 20 hot wing bucket for 7.99 But when we sit back in the car, and start to eat, I notice it looks like not enough. Then I take each out and count, there were only 17 pieces in total. We went back straight away, and ask them to fix up the correct amount, but that man laughed at us, and kept on saying is it 19pcs, is it only 1 missing? I said no, it's 17pcs, and 3 missing, you could count, but he just kept on repeating 19pcs? and not trust me. He was very rude to me and my 7 year old daughter. I asked his name so I can make a complaint, but he says no, he won't tell. Until the manager came out and pass me 3 hot wings, still no one appologize to me!

I paid for 20 hot wings, why should I just got only 17 wings plus the WORST service?!!
