Fantastic spot in the beautiful town of Settle. Castlebergh has a number of routes up and down, that will suit most rambler ability. Going up facing the crag face is much more difficult than taking the route through the woods, just off the small road going out towards Langclife. Climbers can make use of the crag for climbing and the crag face is prepared for climbing. Nice crag with good options of bolted routes. It's well worth a visit since access is relatively easy, and the views from the top are amazing. The paths lead to the rock and to the flag above it, so you won't get lost. Although they're a bit steep, they were well maintained. I preferred to park the car in the village and walk up the hill since the road at the bottom of the park (where the entrance gate is)...
