Millers @ Bar 13 — Restaurant in England

We were on a coach trip to Appleby. Then a train ride to Settle over the Ribblehead Viaduct which was lovely. Got to Settle with an hour to pass and found this wonderful pub. The owner was so friendly and the cask beers which I am particularly fond of were sourced locally and were in perfect condition. Wish we could have stayed longer but if we make it back this place will be where we go. If you are in Settle and like good cask beer at its best in a friendly atmosphere this place is a must. We had a great night here, having completed a 10-mile walk from Gargrave. No problem wearing our boots. There was an excellent atmosphere, and we were chatting with regulars throughout.

It calls itself a bar, but it had several real ale beers that were perfect. Just one male and one female toilet, so there was an occasional queue for the loo. The lock on the male toilet wasn't working, so watch out for that!

Settle has a good set of pubs, but this was our favourite. Handy for the rail...

I'm not a drinker not did I eat here but I was a damsel indestress I had been on a day trip to York and found myself stranded with a dead phone battery so nipped in bar 13 and asked for assistance. The lovely gentleman behind the bar was very helpful called us a taxi and made sure we were ok.
