Great Wall — Local services in Sheffield

I ordered food on the 18th jan 2019 like I have done many times spending close to £30 each time had a couple of issues but nothing to really complain about but yesterday one of the dishes was half filled and the gravy had leaked out. I phoned the shop to be told that they would give the same dish for free next time I ordered but this was our tea and asked if they could bring a new one out that night, I couldn’t believe the response I got which was to return all the food and they would refund me but never to return to that shop but whilst having this conversation she kept on putting the phone down on the counter at least 4 times and talking to the costumers in the shop eventually after saying that I would give a bad review they did send another one out. Today I phoned the shop again to tell the manager and she told me that it was normal to put the phone down on the counter as Friday nights are busy which is ridiculous I’m a paying customer just like them in the shop so why treat me any different. The staff are appalling they’re alright taking your money but god forbid if there’s anything wrong on there part. Honestly they are so DISGUSTING to there customers. People be aware when ordering from this place. They are RUDE. VILE PEOPLE they should not be in this type of business if they don’t have good customer skills will NOT be ordering again. Very reliable and consistent Chinese. Absolutely adore this place, it's good value and it's great quality. Since moving to Sheffield I struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway untill I stumbled across Great wall.

Since moving to the area tried the other two in the area and both are poor quality compared.

Today when I ordered my total was £23.80 for three main meals they sent spring rolls for free and two drinks. It shows they look after customers in their area.

We love our food from here you have to ask them to make things to your taste which they do not mind doing we always order special chop seuy in oyster sauce strong and special satay strong have never let us down once . Even better they do children's pots of sauce ie,sweet n sour because my daughter would not have full size x service is quick...
