Mortimers cafe — Restaurant in Sheffield

Really disappointed today, I've been a good customer for over 10 years regularly buying sandwiches for me and my family. So today I ordered a B.E.S.T and a large ham sandwich for my grandson. While I was waiting I called to a shop and returned soon after, the lady on the cooked section was chatting to a chap she had known. I was left waiting for over 15 minutes. After this time I asked if my sandwich was ready !! I was told the shop was busy I'd need to wait my turn, I'd been waiting over 15 minutes and customer were being served who had arrived after me.
