Absolutely disgusted in how I have just been treated in this pub, my invisible disabilities prevent me wear a face mask. An exception letter/note is a personal choice and not mandatory! I should not have been victimised and made to explain myself infront of others. Most humiliating ordeal to go through. After proving my point with government guidelines and proof off the internet of the laws I was still being challenged. No excuse for this awful behaviour. Staff need to get up to date with corona rules and regulations because I will be taking this further.
