Our order number was 7009 on 13th April 2019 between 1:30 and 2pm. We ordered a big daddy box meal with baked beans, fries and a maltesers krushem and some hot wings added to them on the side, And we also ordered a twister wrap box meal with coleslaw and a orange fanta. And we also ordered a cookie multi pack which we know costed 3 pounds and they forgot to give us this item on top of this they my bunger wrong and said they got it wrong and change it. Finally we told them we hasn't got one of our drinks yet and they said was a maltesers krushem to which we replied no we. Ve already got the krushem we want a fanta and they came back to us with another krushem to which said we told you it was fanta they quickly got that drink ready and we left abruptly in a very bad mood. As we arrived home with our food and checked the bag they didn't give us our 3 pounds multipack cookie. And to top it off we left the receipt on the counter before we left kfc. So we have no proof of purchase other than the order number we remembered. Very bad service company owes us 3 pounds and the cookies for such a bad service considering that we had baby in arms and one of us is over 20 weeks pregnant. Your staff didn't pay attention to us as customers at all and could see that we were struggling and also if they had taken 2 seconds to look up at us and rub 2 brain cells together, and actually listened to us. Then we wouldn't have a problem. In fact even the teenage girls waiting at the side of the counter knew the staff were in the wrong, they said as much and will have lost a few customers because of it. Your staff need better customer relations training. It wasn't even that busy, as we've been there before on a Saturday evening after 7pm when it's way busier, and got exactly what we ordered....

So first off I tried using my credit card, the girl at the drive through told me it was void so I paid on my bank card, I was then given 2 receipts but neither of them said void so I had to go into the store and speak to a manager, he checked the till and told me I hadn't paid twice and their receipts don't say void anyway so now I have to speak to my bank to make sure. Then when I got home a meal was missing, we again went back and I spoke to the same manager who checked to find that one meal had been put in another meal, (what company does that, I've been to many fast food chains and this has never happened) the manager said he'd still do all the food again so I was happy. I was stood for 15 minutes and still no sign of my food with the manager doing orders for other people, my dad who'd been waiting in the car came in and because he was angry the manager decided to say he was being threatened which my dad never did! My dad left and the manager tried to give me my money back and tried to make me leave and made me cry, he showed me up in front of everyone! The manager because of this decided to let me have my food and took 2 minutes to redo the order even though before I'd been waiting 15 minutes. After lot's of other people started complaining, another person came in saying his order was wrong and someone else had been waiting an hour. I will never spend my money here and have never been treated this badly, I'm disgusted. Their excuse was that people who were working there had only been there 2 weeks. After we got home we noticed the chicken strips we paid for were missing, we then had to drive from Rotherham to Lane-Top to get our correct order.
When we arrived we made aware to a worker of the situation which is when he asked who had filled the bag, a lad who looked to be about 20 or so came over and confronted us on the situation! he insisted he put them in the bag (which he obviously didnāt) and made sarky comments. Even if he was new itās no excuse for this level of inadequacy.
Once we stood our ground they finally gave us the food that we paid for and as you can guess it wasnāt without more rude comments such as; āhave them to save the argument, but i know i put them in thereā. Once we were pulling away we could hear more comments calling us liars and saying āpeople keep doing this for free stuffā.
In all honesty, any other time iād say he needs to be sacked, but if SOMEONE can't simply put chicken in a bag itās probably safe to keep them away from a job with more...
