Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sheffield

What the hell is going on with the new soya brand? First you say it can't be heated over 100° which is nowhere near hot enough, in fact at that temp it's cold within minutes. Within a fortnight of introducing these new brands you apparently reverse it and say they can be heated properly, yaay. Now again this morning a 'new manager' at this Costa is refusing to make it hot.

Costa you're a joke. I will now be driving a 6 mile round trip every morning for a Starbucks who still make soya lattes hot like they should be, instead of walking 5 mins to my local Costa because they can only make it Luke warm

I called at teatime for a coffee. It was about 4.15pm when I arrived. The lady who served me was friendly and polite, she told me that she was going to fetch the outside furniture inside as it was just starting to rain. I asked what time they closed she told me 5pm.
