The folk at Patriots are amazing, they know what theyre doing, know what theyre selling and who theyre selling to. They keep a positive environment without ever having to really enforce it, theyre LGBTQIA friendly (and are zero tolerance on known haters).

You name the TCG they probably have it and an event for it. They keep their socials up to date with whats happening and when and always answer any questions people have.

So an update from my previous, the game hall still gets warm but theres air con or something in there now, and depending where youre sat you may need to catch your cards when it first kicks in :p Updating again, my gods does it get cold! Take a hoodie, youll need it! Got asked to update, theyre still an amazing bunch, hall still gets cold as its winter, but meh - its an old warehouse, theyre doing all they can. I originally wanted to give a rating of 4 stars because some of the products here are slightly more expensive than the market price, but the friendly staff and atmosphere here made me decide to give it 5 stars.

I have been here for a few months now, and most of the people here are very friendly. As non staff members, they will still explain the rules to you and trad some cards you need. If you plan to come here to play Yu-gi-oh, this is a good choice.

The person who records our matches every week is a staff member who often wears a headscarf. He is very friendly and even remembers my name. When I don't know what to do next, he always patiently answers my questions. I am very grateful to him. The other staff members are equally great, they always have a smile on their face when you communicate with them.

There is also a coffee shop in the store where you can replenish some energy. For a foreigner, the whole store is very good. I want to express my gratitude to the staff...

Since the team moved into new digs, the place has come into its own. Light, roomy and welcoming - plenty of room to browse, play games, meet friends and chill. The team at Patriot Games know their stuff and they're all happy to have a chat, offer recommendation, place orders for stuff not stocked and just generally make you feel welcome.

Downstairs you have shelves upon shelves of games - roleplaying, card games and board games, along with a wealth of accessories, like dice, card sleeves, folders, boxes and counters.

Upstairs, they have room for events and lockers in the stairwell for keeping stuff safe while you're spending the day their gaming your heart out. I've played in a couple of roleplaying events upstairs - and, again, light, roomy and welcoming. More storage space, vending machines, access to make hot beverages and toilet facilities.
