We attended a fully paid birthday party at the weekend at this location. Most staff including the manager/supervisor were very helpful and welcoming. The party room is upstairs it's a reasonable room for around 20 children but not much space for adults, it is clean and tidy and decorated in black with neon detailing. The staff set up and clear the room after use. A party only covers the trampoline area, it does not cover the soft play and this isn't made clear to children or the adults accompanying so when our children were denied access to the soft play area it did cause alot of upset, not helped by a member of staff who when asked what the issue was replied 'you need to pay for it, it's not included for you' which was abrupt and rudely said infront of children under 6 (staff name Beth). Another adult from the party also approached her politely and was told 'pay extra and you can let them in'... we were later told she is Autistic which we can understand as our children are also a neurodivergent group but there is still no need for rudeness, it's not an excuse. The tables in the main area can barely be used as they are squeezed in so tightly adults cannot sit down, we ended up abandoning the reserved table and just standing around with hot drinks. Due to this I've had to mark the stars down.
I WILL SAY THIS - One of our children had an accident where a teenager fell on them in the trampoline area, they were hurt and a member of staff immediately came over to check her over and tell us exactly what had happend so we could act accordingly, proving that the staff are watching all children in the trampoline area in relation to safety, I could not have asked for a better responce and to feel more comfortable with my children being here! It is clean, tidy and wellbeing is of utmost importance to the staff. I didn't catch his name but I was very impressed that he came over to make sure we didn't need assistance and had as much detail about the incident as he did. Thank you!
The trampoline park isn't the largest we have been to, but it is by far the safest.
I would suggest making sure everything is included in the price should you book a party for under 6s. Sadly I couldn't tell you how much a party is as I was not the host. Also I don't have photos as this would be a direct safeguarding concern with the amount of...

Visited Jump In Shrewsbury recently and left completely underwhelmed and honestly quite upset. We paid ÂŁ50 for two adults and one four-year-old, and it was absolutely not worth it.
First off, the staff are some of the most miserable people I’ve ever come across in a children’s venue. Not a single smile, no friendliness – just dirty looks and visible irritation toward kids who were simply laughing or having fun. One staff member in an orange top (a supervisor, I believe) even shouted at a visibly autistic child. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to witness. If you work with children, the bare minimum is being kind and patient.
Most of the activities were either closed or half working. There’s only one trampoline section, a dodgeball court, an airbag that’s half out of use, a football bit, and a Total Wipeout-style area that the staff clearly couldn’t be bothered to run. We had to ask if it could be turned on, and even then, they looked like it was a major inconvenience. There’s also a small soft play area, but overall it’s shockingly poor value for what you pay.
To make things worse, there’s no air con. Just one tiny fan right at the back – positioned to blow directly on the staff while the rest of the place is hot, sticky, and uncomfortable. It’s genuinely unpleasant, especially in the summer with kids running around and overheating.
Main takeaway: Don’t waste your time or money. It’s overpriced, underwhelming, and run by people who clearly don’t want to be there. Save your £50 and take your kids somewhere they’ll actually be treated with care...

Family of 4 all jumping. Costs ÂŁ40.
The rule is one person per trampoline at any one time. However we spent approx 20 mins of our jump time waiting for an available trampoline.
I asked a steward why they were so busy and he stated that they were BEYOND capacity as there were 3 wristband groups all on the arena at the same time.
PROFITABILITY BEFORE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our 4 year old spent LESS than 15 mins actually jumping due to having to join a queue to bounce before being ushered off the trampoline by a very rude woman dressed in a spider web costume ( who is a steward at the establishment) to allow other children to use the trampoline.
My daughters feet touched the trampoline twice before being told to get off.
Very very poor handling of a busy situation by all staff concerned.
The duty manager said if I wanted to file a complaint then to do it on google as that would be the only way the arena manager ( who was off today ) would even mildly listen to my point of view... well here I am...patiently waiting for his/her...
