Popped into Gregg's on a friday lunchtime, small queue only waited 2 minutes, bought chicken gougons and dips, the gougons were hot and good but the dips were warm which isn't great for mayo. While I was being served I noticed a lad putting bacon rashers onto greaseproof paper with his fingers, no gloves, haven't they heard of cross contamination? Bought my food, wasnt asked if I wanted a receipt. I had to ask for a bag and put the food in myself. Please teach your staff customer service...
Read moreI do like a nice hot pastry from Greggs, don't you? Well, the thing is, I'm a bit veggie, so I like their vegetable bake (lush!) and also their cheese and onion slice (yum). Only problem is they don't sell as many as they do of the meat filled pastries. Therefore, I often don't get one, because they only cooked a few, or the ones left have gone cold.
