I wouldn’t even give them 1 start I ordered over the phone waited over an hour for my delivery to turn up and I’m only 14 mins away from the place Turned up cold and my chicken in the wrap was pink, my husband had a chicken burger which was over cooked and my mate had a krofte kebab (large) and only a tiny bit of meat in it £12 that costed so I complained saying this is not a large So I called up to get a refund but they made the same food again so I went to pick it up To get home and the krofte only had 2 bit of meat In it even less than last time the meal came up to £38 Even the replacement wasn’t great no ordering from here again

Am surprised the Owner has any business at all... You never argue with your customers. Smiling is always good when serving said customers. You do not blame your staff, the buck stops with you. Its your business. If an order is incorrect...You smile, say sorry and correct it..Whoevers fault it is. Eye contact and apologies with some sort of feeling is also good....Not your eyes darting about all over the place. When a customer is complaining and one of the staff is standing at the back of the boss smiling giving you a thumbs up....You kinda know he must be an arse to work for... Think am done...Will only go there for a kebab...If i am in a drunken haize and have lost my sense of...

Only put 1 star because I had too! 2 hours later got my food.. they said delivery time 1 hour...ordered pizza cheesy curly fries...plain fries..2 burgers and kebab..well size of kebab wouldn't feed a 6 year old! Plain fries cheap and greasy and i counted 30 of them .chips...burger soggy...i only ordered from this shop because my other local kebab house has a poor hygeine rating but quite frankly i will take the risk next time and stick to my local ....oh and offered bottle of coke to compensate...joke ..if you order from here check your order before delivery driver leaves and be warned you maybe left hungry..oh and they run out of chicken when I asked for a chicken kebab..who do they think...
