Absolutely sickening establishment. We made an order, my wife collected it, and the order was ready upon her arrival. A member of staff harassed her! Asking all sorts of inappropriate questions putting her on the spot, trying to pressure her and he wouldn't let her leave until she answered them or drank some coke they offered which she did not order. He said have a drink whilst you wait. Yet our order was ready?

He put it in a glass, he had the order behind the tills, the forceful questioning he asked was inappropriate ie where she lived, trying to find an exact location. she did not feel comfortable nor felt it was relevant, they kept asking her "It's not hard to answer, where do you live" "come on its not hard" "oh are you just visiting then" "what indian do you use then".

There's being polite and then theres being rude, the rude line was crossed. she did not feel comfortable sharing the irrelevant information just to collect an order. He tried making her stay longer than needs be, by not handing her our order. she reluctantly had half a coke to try be polite as they were not getting the hint, it's extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

She is now a nervous wreck and drove back home nearly in tears with anxiety running high.

Due to all the grooming going on in the country that you hear on social media, you can never be too careful.

Customer service needs to be learned. They got the order wrong also. You're there to collect an order thats ready, not to be interrogated by staff for a location for a young woman's...

Unsure if management has changed recently. Ordered raj balti experience. Not only did the king prawn special turn up with chciken and lamb minus the king prawn, the naan was also missing despite confirming that it comes with the meal on the phone when ordering. After calling the Raj to let them know they had made the mistake and they need to pop one over to me (I live 1 mile from the restaurant) their reply was they would give me a free one with ny next order. I explained like most people that enjoy a takeaway at weekends after a hard week. I would prefer to enjoy the meal I ordered. Point blank refused to provide me with the meal I ordered and tried to lie to me saying that the new up to date menu does not include the Naan. I referred back to the menu that was delivered with my food and guided them to their mistake. Still was not prepared to complete the meal I paid for. I informed them that I would not use them again as this was not the 1st time they had left food out of my order. The reply was "OK". One can only assume that they have more than enough customers and it's pot luck if you are one of their...

Look no further, The food is the best Indian food we have tasted in a while. Freshly cooked and very tasty. Would highly recommend this place, and unlike other eating establishments nowadays, this one has good long opening hours.

The place is simple, clean, and spacious. Great service and lovely staff.

The naan breads have a lovely nutty flavour, beautifully cooked, the popadums are perfectly cooked too and not over done, like some places you go. I highly recommend the chicken pakkora starter.

We had a perfect meal, good portion sizes and quality food, a perfect evening out, getting out of the house to fully make the most of a restaurant experience. Good value for money, too. Parking a very short stroll away, and free after 6pm.
