Elusion Escape Rooms — Local services in Southampton

We took part in the 'From Beyond...' escape room as a group of 4. We've done a few escape rooms of varying difficulty and quality so we have some idea of what to expect in them.

The games master was friendly and got us through the induction process painlessly. We were then introduced to the room and what the goal of the room was. We went downstairs into our room and managed to escape with time to spare.

The room was well designed and well made making you feel like you are actually in the setting of the story. The puzzles varied in difficulty making it a decent challenge and the story was engaging.

My main criticism of the room is that the second room was a little bit damaged in some areas from continuous use and I think could do with being a little more solid. Despite this, it was clear that a lot of effort had gone into making it but general wear and tear had shown in some places. Being honest it wasn't that obvious if you were paying attention to the story.

This was a good escape room and I would definitely recommend to others - I have done others from this brand and they are typically quite difficult (for me at least) so would prove a challenge for...

Eusion have two sites in Southampton. 125 High site is Eusion new room, Cursed Waters. Well what do I say apart from amazing. The game plays very well, many puzzle link with each other and the story makes the game. Lot of time and effort has been taken to ensure you feel part of the story which is what we look for when playing games. Can't really say much more, don't want to give the game away. I have to say Elusion Escape is my and the teams favourite escape room company in Southampton. All 3 rooms are my top 5 rooms I have played ever.

Fantastic evening out! We did the “From Beyond” Escape Room and the Dark Art Potion Making.

The Escape Room was cleverly thought out with some cool little “ah-ha” moments, great attention to detail and well designed puzzles!

The Potion Making was a really unique experience, and the inclusion of puzzles in the potion making was a brilliant idea. The Potion Master, Drew, was very professional, staying in character the whole time and really elevating the experience.
