Pizza Box — Local services in Southampton

We picked up a pizza from pizza box and it was amazing so the next day we thought we will pick up anther one. For them to be shut when there website is saying open and also let us order from and happly take our money and not give it back for nearly 7 days. We could of been a family with children to feed and that night they would of gone hungry because your website is stating open when your not. By the time you declind our order it was to late to order from anywhere else. It was such a massive inconvenience!!! We have aslso been in the shop and spoken to the guy that works there and asked to speak to the manager but no phone call

It is a really massive shame because your food was good but we won't be coming...

The pizza made me ill both times I ordered from here - although it was nice, something wasn't right with it. I must also say that on both times I have brought food from here, the staff were sarcastic, rude and didn't really seem to care much for quality service. Not a place I would recommend.

UPDATE: As you can see per the response to my (originally 2 star) review by the owner, this place is run by people who couldn't care less about customer service nor about trying to make the best impression on you. I'd much rather pay a little more to go to another local pizza place for better quality, of both food and people skills...

I wanted to talk to the owner and report how on their deliveroo page it falsely tagged under halal. I’m a usual customer here and just today I was told by the regular driver that this place is not halal. It is very disheartening finding this out and I tried talking to the owner about this and she was very hostile and was shouting at me when I brought it up to her.
