Lai Wah House — Local services in Staffordshire Moorlands

Update 21/12/23: I have no problem with the food, and price. My problem is with the english staff there. I walked in on the 18/12/23 at 18:41, and was told I should leave by one of the delivery drivers. After he projected anger at me for reporting his engine idling to the police some weeks ago, he left, but the receptionist then made it clear she felt the same way as she attempted to justify his engine idling and even explained she see nothing happen when asking he if she would be a witness to police if I got them involved. The delivery driver later apologized to me, and admitted he was angry about some other things, but the receptionist also supports his actions by defending him the way she did and that's why I don't feel welcomed at all...

Ordered at 5.45 Waited just under 2 hrs for a meal that when it came was just warm and must have been travelled around or left in the plastic bag somewhere because it had gone sweaty and soggy.

I was told they were busy!

That's not my problem.

They did say they would replace, but its now 8 o'clock!!

A credit or some kind of gesture for another day would...

Just had the set meal for 2 after a really long day, I've stayed away as it was hard ordering as it was mine and my mum's favourite when I lived in biddulph for our girls nights, my god would she of loved that meal. It was the cleanest tasting Chinese I've had in a very long time. Glad to of ordered again and will be ordering...
