Rang up to complain about the chips ordered, really greasy and not even properly cooked. Person on phone wanted me send the other chips down to 'investigate' stated ok however he then went on to say the new chips would be in the same state as the ones I wad sending back, clearly wasn't willing to change etc.

Been going there for years and no issue but whoever was on the phone tonight needs sacking with his attitude and not willing to exchange. Ended up ringing takeaway and the chips and service was lovely. Might have to start going back to the better service place which...

As a regular customer for years I have never had to complain about this place but tonight it took 1.5 hours on a Monday for delivery I called twice both times 25 mins apart and was told it's leaving the shop now. Food arrived and very poor cold donor meat cold chips and poor ended up throwing £23 worth in the bin. Seriously will look for another place. Even the food wasn't as described there was no fish fingers...
