Macrigi Marketplace Store — Local services in Stoke-on-Trent

We visited Macrigi on Friday afternoon. We were welcomed in like we were old friends. Geovanni is so passionate about the food he sells and you can see it. We were talking about authentic italian recipes and ingredients, which he expertly recommended. We followed his Carbonara recipe to the letter and I can honestly say it was the best one both my wife and I have eaten. Including all the Carbonaras we've had in Italy. (Humble brag) It was definitely testament to the high quality ingredients from Macrigi and not my culinary skills. As we were about to leave, Geovanni cracked a bottle of Procecco and said we must try. Again taken aback by his hospitality we enjoyed a glass, further conversation about our travels and authentic tirimisu. We are very lucky to have such great people and business in Stoke. Will be back...

Absolutely incredible authentic Italian cuisine made in a beautiful shop. Tonight was my first time ordering, we had the carbonara and tomato basil pasta, margarita pizza and fried Parmesan nuggets, it was all incredible.

The owner of the store was fantastic and very welcoming, polite and professional. Honestly one of the best pizzas & pastas I have ever tried and served with a smile. 10/10 if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you for the delicious meal, we will be ordering...
