Eastern Delight Tunstall — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

On the shop’s second day of opening, I visited for the first time at 3:00 PM to buy food for my family and some guests. I intended to give them good business and try out a new place. The door was wide open, so I assumed it was operating. While I was checking the menu, a staff member rudely told me the shop wouldn’t open until 4:00 PM and asked me to leave. To make it worse, a man—who seemed to be the owner—came outside and shouted at another worker, “Shut the door, shut the door.”

For a new business, this level of rudeness is shocking. Instead of welcoming customers, they are driving them away. If this is how they behave on day two, I dread to think...

Thought I would give this new takeaway a try out 1st time visit ordered a couple of curry dishes with starters for 2 people cost £22 starter's were ok the curries not very nice did not eat them 4 stars for the starter's 1 star for the curries.the following week tried a mixed kebab £17 what a difference this was it was lovely you got a lot of food all well placed in the box not just all chucked in a box for £17 all in a 12" pizza box and a large nan separate plenty for 2 people 5 stars for this meal they just need to sort...

Ordered tonight after a few bad meals incase it was just a few busy night the last few times but unfortunately won't be using again food tonight was awful chips undercooked even tho I asked for the chips to be well done they weren't, doner meat was cold, dry and tiny little offcuts, chicken tikka had no tikka on and then I asked for cucumber on kids meal he got 4 thin half slices that was it.... won't be using again definitely...
