I had the pleasure of visiting Master Grill, a Turkish eatery that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was impeccably clean and inviting. Outstanding little secret in the middle of Tunstall

The owner has put a lot of effort and the result is a step above the everyone else in Stoke-on-Trent

From decor, to layout, service and most importantly the food - every moment of our evening was high quality

Mixed grill is their speciality; marinades and tenderisers are on point. Juiciest grilled lamb and chicken you can find with fresh made sides every time just packed with flavours

Desserts are also excellent, freshly made kunefeh and daily fresh baklava served with ice cream

Upstairs dining room has well though out panelling and tiling, creating a relaxing and pleasing atmosphere.

Service is brilliant, happy to help throughout, regularly topping up condiments running low

I can't believe that they said that my food has arrived yet never arrived. I called the restaurant and they said that there is 'no delivery driver today' and that they will not be delivering my food and that i need to collect (I dont drive). They then proceeded to say that they're busy and put the phone down when i tried to call them back several times & were very rude about the situation - bare in mind i have been waiting over an hour for food at this point and they never tried to contact me/decline the order when i originally placed it.
