Bought some lithops in here and I love them!

This place is a cute "home stuff" type shop in a beautiful old building.

There's plenty of beautiful decorative items to buy at good prices. Including but not limited to candles, incense, Moomin badges, tupperware, mugs and cups, some cute napkins, a big Jelly cat selection.

There was a good selection of Easter decorations and a display that the children liked. We also ended up with a soft little Jellycat chicken plush who my daughter absolutely loves. So soft!

I will note the one and only neutral point was one of the young till girl/ladies who served me. She didn't greet with any "hello" nor "thank you" after. She didn't say anything whilst making my purchase. I wouldn't let that stop me from coming back at all though.

It is in all a lovely little shop.

I do definitely recommend you have a wander in and see what they have for yourself!

Does this make sense?? Wanted to buy a Tim Can Alley fairground type game for use at a wedding. Could have bought on Amazon for about £15 but saw Jeremy’s Homestore also offered them at £17.50. So to support a local business I went to Tunbridge Wells and picked up Tin can alley from the shop. When I went to pay the sales assistant says it’s £19.95 so I said ‘I think you’ve made a mistake they’re only £17.50’. Sales guy says only if you order online, I say but are they the same as this, he says yes. So I ask if and I asked if she was now serving methe difference is a delivery charge or if I order online will the cost of the goods and the delivery charge add up to the same as the shop price? No, he says, you can order online and collect from here for no extra charge!! So I get the same goods from the same shop at circa £2.50 less but I’ve got to stand outside the shop, place my order and then go and collect my order from the same...

This place is amazing! I found loads of gorgeous decorations needed for a birthday party including party bag fillers. It truly was a one stop shop. Their kitchen stuff, storage baskets and plants look really lovely too. Can’t wait to come back and browse sans kids. The lady on the phone today was also so helpful when I had limited time to come pick up my helium balloons. I asked if she could keep a few other things I had seen on my last visit ready at the cash register and she kindly did so. All I had to do was pop in and pay since I was in a hurry.
