I just wanted to give my experience from start to finish…
I went and tried on dresses today, I was a little nervous because I been to every store trying to find a wedding dress that made me feel beautiful because I struggle with self image and I was greeted by Mariah she told my friend and I that the three racks in the middle were the discounted ones so she recommended that we choose 5 and we can try them on so we started looking while she got the dressing room ready
So after I tried on these dresses I wasn’t completely in love with any of them but I had a runner up that was posisble this was a white dress with straps ,flowy and fit me almost perfectly
Mariah had another bride come in which was totally fine no worries so my friend and I started just looking around and I found this strapless boho dress completely on another rack and I knowingly knew this dress was not going to be a sale dress because it wasn’t on the sales rack so I knew that I would only get 50% off since i purchased a discount ticket which wasn’t a big deal but it was a little more pricey than I wanted pay but wasn’t fully committed
So we left and I decided to think on it and made a decision after lunch and I was going to get the strapless boho dress but then I started thinking about it
So I decided I wanted to go with the one on the discount rack instead which was the white strap dress
when they told me my total I didn’t understand how a $1700 dollar original price dress which is suppose to be 50% off so $850 plus my additional 50% wasn’t being added so I messaged on fb asking how this would be possible
The owner i am assuming messaged me back on fb and told me that the dress wasn’t on sale and i would only get 50% off which i was not okay with
i only switched to that dress because it was on a discounted rack she then explained to me that through the weekend people probably misplaced dresses which to me I get I am pretty patient but the issue I have why does my experience as a bride have to be like that
when the process should been smooth sailing if I book an appointment for a sample sale then I should be only pulling sample sale dresses or employees should be ensuring that the dresses i am trying on are within my budget and sample sale dresses god forbid if i would have pulled that dress and wouldn’t have had a 50% off coupon I purchased the dress would have been $1700 dollars
so again I was very patient and luckily I had my friend with me to help zip me up in dresses and help me find one but again I am leaving without a dress due to no fault of my own because it’s my fault that I pulled a non-discounted dress from a discounted rack so I will be going to another bridal store hopefully it’s more organized it’s very unfortunate it’s a very beautiful store but it lacks...
Read more10 out of 5 Stars!!! This place is truly a gem in Moore County. As a local bride looking for the perfect dress, my first instinct was to immediately go to Raleigh. Wrong…start here! Kaitlyn’s selection ranges from classical traditional dresses to sexy and modern. This woman knows what she’s doing. I had already been to two previous bridal appointments with no luck- everything just wasn’t wowing me, until I had my appointment with Kaitlyn. From my initial interaction with her business on her page to meeting her just surpassed my expectations. She is organized, fun, charismatic and felt like a girlfriend I’ve known for years. I briefly described what I wanted and she smiled and said I’ve got just the thing. No lie, she pulled out my wedding dress on the first fit! It was pointless to try anything else on. THE FIRST TRY!!! So impressive. I also ordered a denim bridal jacket that I wouldn’t even thought of before, but luckily she had one in her store. Her whole store is has an antique boutique feel and it’s not like mass appointment where you feel rushed. She’s so sweet and I’m so happy to support our local community. Don’t sleep on Bride of the Pines. She even has custom candles that you can purchase while you get ready so you can remember the scent when you tried on your gown. She made...
Read moreLovely bridal boutique! My daughter and I went in this week spur of the moment looking a MOTB dress for myself! The owner was more than helpful. Bright and bubbly personality and the assistance that she provided was top notch! Even before we visited the boutique the owner communicated and responded promptly with answers to my questions, via Instagram! This boutique is just what our little town needed. Found I beautiful dress, she assisted and delivered the dress to a dainty dressing room (super cute), bummer it didn’t fit. She assisted again with another size in the same dress, bummer that one didn’t fit either! Even though I didn’t find a dress, it was a wonderful experience! The selection of dresses is unique and affordable! Her perfumes are delightful as well! Thank you Bride of the Pines! Many wishes and cheers to much...
