I would give this company zero stars if possible. We purchased an LG Studio Elite Induction ovenâI signed the contract and made a deposit only to receive a phone call from the rep âScottâ a couple hours later to say he made a mistake and couldnât honor the price. After holding my ground due to the agreement of signed paperwork, Scott honored the price. 16 months later, our oven (under warranty) breaks due to a recalled part from LG. The repair company Kees uses is out of Fayetteville and they only have a few technicians covering the Sandhills area. Long story short, our oven broke before Thanksgiving and it will not be repaired until after Christmas. Kees wouldnât do anything to help; promises to call back and nothing, telling us we have to settle with LG even tho they promote and sell LG products. The repair company has our parts but wonât come out til 27 Dec and Kees has made no offering to help us do the fix. Repair man came a week ago after waiting over two and a half weeks and verified it does not work. Ordered parts to repair which were delivered a week and a half later and scheduled the next repair trip 3 weeks after that. Being unable to do laundry for almost two months made my wife crazy and she believes we paid for a new washer and dryer that worked and she believed this damaged one should be replaced with one that operates properly. Kees of course, who we had paid almost $3000 to were Zero help, danced around the issue, told us to call GE ourselves. If I were buying appliances and was in the Pinehurst area Iâd find a more responsible store than Kees. If you deal with them youâll most likely be screwed to the wall like my wife and I.    Read moreI am so impressed with Kees appliance center. We were in the market to replace almost all of our kitchen appliances but couldnât come to a decision on what brand to go with. We were always down there asking questions and Kyle was so helpful and answered our questions, looked things up and printed out information on all the pieces we were thinking of. Never once did he seem annoyed with us for taking such a long time to make up our minds. We finally did and when the guys came out to install our appliances they were so professional, and so helpful. Great guys who knew what they were doing.
I would never go anywhere else to buy appliances because the people at Kees make you feel like family and are so attentive before you buy and also...
