Well my I planned my Son a Birthday Party, because Overall itās a decent place to go for some fun. When I got there it was another party taking place the same time as my sonās. So as I observed throughout our time there. The other partyās set up was way put together and thought out. My son had one small table with chairs bunch around it and then they left a separate small table. Our lanes to bowl we were told was on hold but we eventually found out that one of the lanes for the kids to bowl was having technical issues so they did give us an extra couple minutes to bowl. I also found out that they moved us down so that they could accommodate the other party that was taking place. Our French fries were burnt to a crisp. We waited almost an hour for our lane to bowl. The Hostess were so sweet and kind in helping me and my family. We had to really push through with this so that our kids could have a nice time. Iām so sorry that it was so many difficulties taking place regarding services. Everyone shouldāve felt important no matter race, age, gender, disability etc. I like this place so please take into consideration as to what Iām...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMade us wait for half an hour to get a lane. There were 9 unused lanes at the time. 30 minutes later, we got one of those lanes. Paid in advance for 2 games for my family of 6. Bill was $75.00.
They didn't have shoes for my oldest child and would not let her bowl in her socks. So when I asked for a refund for the games she would not be able to play, the girl behind the counter replied "Sooo... we don't give refunds..." so I was just out the money. Too bad for me.
The people in the lane next to us were very unruly. They were eating all down in the bowlers area, dropping food and popcorn all over. They did not clean up after those people left and another large group of obnoxious people started bowling next to us.
The floor waa filthy. I ruined a brand new pair of bowling shoes after only 2 games.
Snack bar employees were nice as were a couple of the people behind the counter. There were a couple of people behind the counter who were not helpful and the no refund even though we don't have shoes for your child is a deal breaker for me. I won't be back.
No wonder so many bowling alleys are going out...

My senior citizen father was in town for the holidays and took our family to Sandhills Bowling Center and it was awful. To start, they barely had enough balls to supply the alley so we had to use uncomfortable finger sizes and weights.
Also, our lane was having repeated mechanical errors that stopped our family from bowling. My two toddlers were so confused and it ruined their first bowling experience. After about 4 frames each, our family just gave up and decided to leave.
My father told the front desk and asked if we still had to pay, since we probably only got to bowl 20 minutes tops and it was intermittent with the lane repeatedly breaking. They appeared irritated they had to deal with him and still charged him $40. They ended up giving him some buy one get one cards, which are useless to him coming from out of town. And my family will never use them, because this bowling alley is a sorry excuse for one....
