New China is the best Chinese takeout in the Pines. It isn't fancy, it's just great for what it is. The egg rolls and soup are very good. I've never had a dish from here that I didn't like. Food was yummy and staff was super friendly. We ordered for pick up and when calling the employee on the phone was very courteous and helped answer questions about menu items for several of our family members. When my husband went in for pick up that same person remembered our call because of the amount of people and questions and whatever was said made my husband laugh. So very disappointed in the customer service. We get take out about once a week there and two days ago my husband ordered sesame chicken. He decided to take it to work the next day. He told me the chicken was so tough that he couldn't eat it. I called New China and asked for a credit. They told me that they would not do that ... 'fried' chicken menu items are prepared to be eaten that day. Who doesn't like leftover Chinese? Sadly we will not be ordering...
