always always having issues with this place. especially with packages. i received a notification that my package was delivered by/in my mailbox. went to check. not there. i figured it wasn’t there because i knew my package was too big to fit in my mailbox. good luck calling this place no one answers. it just rings and rings. this isn’t the first time. i had to go to the post office to pick up my package because the mail person said “car was blocking mailbox” not true. i had to park my car in my yard and no where near the mailbox. the people at this place are very friendly in person. they also mentioned that they have been having issues with the lady that does deliveries on our route. which is in village acres. i’m so tired of my packages being not delivered. or saying it’s delivered and not being where it is said in the notification. please usps...

My package is now delayed. Tracking my package it arrived at the Pinehurst facility, then was sent to the Aberdeen facility, then was sent BACK to the pinehurst facility, just for them to ship it to the Fayetteville facility , now it’s just sitting there . The kicker is I had 2 packages arrive to the pinehurst facility from the same company at the same time and marked to be delivered on the same day . One package was delivered with no problem. The other package has been back and forth around the county and now in a completely different county. Unfortunately it’s a holiday weekend and they are closed Monday so I’m sure the earliest I’ll get it is Tuesday. Expected arrival Friday now delayed to possible...

The service from Pinehurst Post Office is terrible. I placed a hold on my mail on line. I received a confirmation. I was notified the hold was ending. I had noted I would pick up my accumulated mail. When we returned home on a Sunday, all our mail was in our box. Checking with the post office on Monday, there was no accumulated mail, they had no idea what had happened to my on line hold or where that on line hold went. They were rude and not helpful at all. Tried calling several times. Reached an automated voice that I had reached the Pinehurst Post Office, it rang 30 times before disconnecting me. No service at all from the Pinehurst Post Office.
