The Gas Station — Local services in Abilene

Came to this location and bought two water pipes and some wax from the dispensary, was told we could get 25% off as long as we bought something 150 or over. When we got home we didn't have the wax in the bag, so we figured they just forgot and we went back to get it. Turns out we didn't get charged for the wax and had to pay again. We didn't get any discount because the most expensive water pipe was 149.99 and the other was 49.99. Then we asked if we could swap it for the slightly more expensive one so we could get the discount we were told. They said no and it would've been cheaper to get the more expensive one. The whole experience was all super inconvenient and shady. Felt like they tricked us in the end. I would recommend going across town or to a different shop altogether....

Was recommended to this location by Gas Station #3 for water pipes, went and purchased from this location and when I got home the down stem was cracked in the middle, return to store to replace stem and was told they checked it before so I would have to pay for another, CHECK product yourself because they will tell you they checked and they can only offer a “sorry” but still need your $$ for your 2nd new product (don’t forget the 1st has 0 uses and was cracked when unwrapped after arriving home) lol gotta pay twice for broken product? staff is friendly and knowledgeable about majority of the products in their store. The problem is a lack of cashiers and vape pricing. You will often find yourself waiting to make a simple purchase while the only cashier is with a customer for 20 minutes or longer, which can be annoying when you’re wanting to get in and out.

The nicotine vapes are overpriced unless you’re getting a Hyde and I have settled several times for other options only to have them burn out the next day or feeling irritated when you’re 1200 puff vape at 30$ runs out quick.
