It won’t let me respond to your review response. ADC said “we only offer bathing services at this time. If you visit our website you can see all of our current services, which include bathing and nail trims, but not grooming.” At the beginning of March, I called and asked if you offered grooming. I was told yes and an appointment was booked. Two days prior to the appointment I called again to confirm. I was told that there was no appointments made but they can book a groom for me on that same day to honor that appointment. The next day, one day prior to the appointment, I called again to confirm. I was told the appointment was all set and to drop off my dog from 9-11. I dropped my dog off at 10am and I was asked by the receptionist what HAIRCUT I wanted for her. Then I left. 40 minutes later, the groomer called me saying that they “only groom family and friends dogs”. I did not want to leave a review, but your response to the previous review makes it seem like it was a miscommunication on our part. I spoke with 3-4 employees who ALL said my dog could get groomed. I don’t care what your website says, you need to have better communication between your employees. The fact my dog was there for 40 minutes before I was even told that you guys don’t even offer the service I booked a MONTH prior?? Employees need better training. I work at an animal hospital, i understand how overwhelming this industry can be but it’s totally not right to cancel a groom that has been booked an entire month prior 40 MINUTES AFTER the dog has been dropped off and then say “sorry for the...
Read moreIn classic millennial dog mom fashion, I treat my Finn as if he is my first born son. That said I felt very unsettled leaving him in the care of non-family members for our first vacation. ADC quickly quelled all of my concerns by explaining what wonderful care they would take of him during his boarding and I was very relieved to see them surpass my expectations while we were away. Throughout his stay I got photo updates, phone calls, texts during the night check, and a sense of ease knowing my boy was having a great time during his own little vacation. I’ve used ADC for daycare for years and now I will certainly be using them for boarding....
Read moreWould not recommend anywhere else to bring your dog! Our dog has been going to ADC for about a year and a half. Within this time our dog Schultz lost his owner and father to Cancer. When we told them, they not only watched Schultz on the house but when we arrived to pick him up they gifted us a basket full of toys, doggy cologne and treats. They greeted our dog with a big hug and lots of pets knowing he just lost his very best friend. We are overwhelmed continuously by the heart and soul they put into what they do. They are so well educated on all breeds and lend advice whenever needed. Keep it up ADC!...
