I’m giving 5 stars because the do good work. However they fall short customer services wise. When I dropped off a lady was unhappy because they took longer than she wanted, honestly the customer was being unreasonable. And she asked for a discount they said no which i understand and agreed with. They told me my service was an outsource service so it could take up to 2 weeks and i was ok with that. It came back in 2 days and i was impressed! It took me a few days to go pick it up. But when i finally did no one knew where my comforter was or had any transaction receipt of my order. Giving that when i dropped off the lady was giving them a hard time i was showing them grace because it happens. I will go back again and i hope they have better service. Running a business is hard. Hopefully they take the reviews serious and improve. It’s not a big deal either it’s typical mistakes no company is perfect. All and all i will go back and they did do a good job on the comforter.

UPDATE (8-8-23): the owner called me and thanked me for the review and explained the situation with the unhappy customer that day. Just her remembering and offering an explanation is amazing! she clearly takes her work and her customers serious.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. The owner had two weeks to take in and hem my dress for my brothers wedding. When I showed up two days before the big wedding day at the time we set together, she hadn’t even started sewing the dress. She told me to come back in a few hours and it would be ready. I called later that afternoon to confirm I could pick it up and she said it still wouldn’t be ready and asked if I could come in the next day. This is while all my friends and family are in town and I’m driving around like crazy. I came in the next day and thankfully it was done but when I asked why it was completed on time and explained how much stress she caused me in the days before my brothers wedding, she said she had too much on her plate from saying yes to everyone who walks in the door and agreeing to everyone’s timelines. Don’t tell people you can do something and have them pay you $165 up front and then not do what you were paid to do....
