staff is very friendly. flower is good quality as well. this review is more geared towards their pre-rolls. I do not recommend them & here is why. I picked up a .5G preroll of SSH & at first glance that is certainly not .5G (see pic). I returned to pick up another to compare & they were identical. I mentioned it to an employee & she was very kind & brought out the scale to demonstrate how the process is done & weighed it -- it was 0.5G so there isn't any trickery here. but I do think the issue is over grinded bud. for one- why it's so tiny, but weighs out & two- why they aren't burning correctly. I also picked up a 1G preroll which looked normal (compared to other dispensaries) - but still ran into the pulling & burning issue. I haven't tried their other products aside from flower & prerolls. For starters, they gave me the wrong products and when I told them, the guy that appeared to be a manager, was like we don’t take returns. I informed him of the situation and even though he saw the entire transaction, he just walked away from me. I felt cheated, stolen from, and treated unfairly. My purchase was 3 pre-rolls. Every pre-roll was not correctly rolled, which is hard to screw up cause all one does to pack a pre-roll, is stuff an empty cone. When I opened the tube, not to mention, nothing was properly tampered nor sealed, all the flower that is suppose to be inside of the joint was in the tube and not in the paper as if I was to stuff my own joint. I'm always in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Although they're so friendly that sometimes you just wanna stick around and chat. The service is prompt friendly and professional. They also really know what they're doing, they've helped me discover better methods of dealing with chronic pain and anxiety. If you've got a medical card and you're in the area check them out because they're very good. You can place orders online for pick up, but unless I'm in a hurry I like going in and seeing what new said they might have to suggest. Excellent...
