Three months ago I called and asked if they did microsoldering and they said yes. The first lie. I took it in and they said they could fix it in a week. The second lie. $90 and one week later the things they had done did not fix it, and it looked like they had just melted it back on without separation of the contacts or regard for the wellbeing of the wire's insulation. They took it back to try again. A week later it still didn't work. They took it back to try again. A week later it still didn't work. They took it back to try again. A week later it still didn't work. Then they just stopped calling me for a month and a half. I called and asked for an update and they said they'd call me back that day within an hour. The third lie. Two hours later I called them and they told me "the manager is working on it right now." The fourth lie. I told them to call me when it was done and they said they would. The fifth lie. I had a few work trips at this point and forgot about it for a bit, but after another month it was apparent that they had stopped trying and were just sitting on my phone. Whether they just forgot about it or were too embarrassed to say they couldn't fix it, I don't know. A week and a half ago I told them to just button it up and bring it back to the store I dropped it off at, and to call me when it got there. They did neither. Today I went in person to demand it back, and they said it wasn't there and that "the manager has it." I asked for his number. They gave me the number for a different store. The sixth lie. I went to that store and demanded my phone and the guy there was totally bewildered, and told me that the manager I was looking for didn't work there. I don't know if this was a lie. He called his manager and then told me the phone would be back at the store I dropped it off at by 6 today. The first truth. I finally have my phone back, unfixed, three months after paying $90 to have it...
Read moreMr. Ricky , the district manager worked so well with me when I called on the phone . He went into detail on how he could fix my phone and exactly what he was going to do . He also gave me a VERY reasonable price. I told him I was an hour away from him and he had me set an appointment for an hour away and I got in my car and drove up here to his store. When we entered the store he gave us a very warm welcome and asked if he could help us today , I proceeded to tell him I had appointment . He responded with “ yes Ms. Davis how are you? I said I’m very good he then asked for my phone . I handed it to him and before he started he offered me a bundle of 49$ for three years of some awesome deals with it . He also offered a 59$ bundle also and then he told me about the company and how long it’s been around . He also told me how many store there was and how many they had to open before a certain date. He started on the paper work while explaining it to me and he started the working on the phone and still talked to me while doing it . He continued to tell me about there business while working on the phone . When he finished he checked to see if everything was working . Well we checked together! :) I signed to confirm that I got my phone back the way I brought it , minus the broken screen :)) and we paid an he also sent me a receipt to my email and he just gave us the best , over all service . Read moreThis place is a scam. Took my son's phone in to have the cracked screen fixed on his iphone 6+. The screen was replaced in about 15mins without issue. However, about a day later the home button quit working. I took the phone back to Cellairis and explained the situation to the repair guy. He started taking the phone apart and once apart, pulled the home button out and said "yea it broke due to being so old". Mind you this was not an issue before the screen was repaired. He then proceeded to replace the home button and stated it would be no charge. He had to replace the button 2 times before it actually functioned. The home button did start to work but now the phones touch ID doesn't and a message displaying "id touch not working" keeps popping up. When questioned the repair man stated "yea if we replace your home button it disables the touch ID because only apple buttons actual work for that feature". I sure wish I knew this before he worked on my phone. This place is just a generic cheap fix for screens and as soon as they open your phone up all warranties are void. You get what...
