If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve worked in the food industry, so I understand stress, rush hours, and even dealing with rude customers. But what I will never understand is the complete lack of basic service and respect for paying customers. This is the second time my family and I have ordered from this location only to sit in the parking lot for nearly an hour—for nothing more than 5 burgers and 5 drinks. That is beyond unacceptable. And today? Today was the final straw. My order was wrong. I was waiting in my car, when a worker came to hand it to me, he called me by my right name. I counted five bags, and trusted everything was right. And when I arrived home, checked the bag, nearly everything was wrong, and the receipt had a different name. Like what does it take for them to check the receipt and order before handing it to the customer? And when I went back to get it corrected, I asked for the manager, and guess who the manager was? The same person who handed me the order. And then when he was getting everything corrected for me, the manager had the audacity to just toss ketchup packets into my bag like it was some kind of joke, then looked at me as if this was normal behavior. Seriously, how is this guy a manager? Completely unprofessional. The first Whataburger I ever went to was in Texas, and it’s depressing to see how far downhill the chain has gone. Locations like this one drag the entire brand’s reputation through the mud. I will not be returning, and honestly, I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time or money here either. I placed my order online and was told curbside pickup would be available. When I arrived, a police officer informed me there was no curbside service at this location—despite the app and signage saying otherwise. This was due to people parking in Curbside and eating in. Please review video. I went through the drive-thru and waited 2-4 minutes while two employees loudly argued about another customer’s order. When I finally reached the window, I was told to pull around and wait. I did—for another 10 minutes—and never received my food. Meanwhile, several cars behind me were served and I drove off.
It felt like I was forgotten simply because I had placed a curbside order they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) fulfill. Completely disorganized and frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location.
Very poor communication, very poor service. Once I was able to drive out the exit I informed the worker I never received my order. She just started yelling why.
This was the opening day although in video you can clearly see no one in line. Once I arrived at Drive thur there was nobody there directing traffic to tell the senior citizen in front of me how to exit the parking...

I know how things can get messed up and workers get overwhelmed but this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. We arrived at 6pm and my order was pretty simple. 2 burgers with no sauce and a kids meal. After 30 mins of waiting EVERYTHING was wrong. We wanted a refund and here I am 45 mins later after you were notified that my order was wrong still waiting on a refund while writing this along with many other customers having the same complaints. I’ve seen multiple tables wanting refunds and having to have food remade as well. A customer that worked for corporate of whataburger was sitting next to us the whole time and saw and understood everyone’s reaction to this place even gave me his information to call to receive the proper refund.
