This location needs to get their act together. I placed a mobile order for two traveler containers. I called the store as a courtesy to let them know what time I would be there to pick them up (45 minutes from when I placed the order). When I arrived (at the exact time I said I would be there), they said they would start working on them. 🙄 Then someone else came to talk to me (a manager I assume) to tell me they actually were out of the traveler containers. She offered no suggestions to remedy the situation until I asked specifically considering that I had already paid for them. She said they could refund me or she could call a store down the road and they would be able to do them there. She gave me some sugars to help speed the process along for the other store and then gave me the address of the other store. When I arrived at the other store, they said she told them I wouldn’t be there for 20-30 minutes (even though it was only 5 minutes away). Thankfully, they were on it and incredibly kind. Read moreI am a very upset with this store ! I really dont understand how this store can lie to a customer and give a different type of coffee than what was ordered! I stepped in at 8:30 pm and requested a pike coffee . Store is supposed to close at 9:30 pm . I was given an americano instead of a pike ! Excuse me !!! How come ? The Barista , when I demanded an explanation indicated me that they had already cleaned the machine - I said to her how can this be happeninh being an hour away from closing. She said that they have many cleaning taskd ! Why do they give/ change a customer their order without saying anything ! This is lack of respect and a total joke ! This makes the Company look bad ! Read moreMar 2023: Update - The last couple times I've come in - while your coffee is still behind the counter for mobile pickups (which is still wicked dumb), the barista comes over when you walk in the door, and grabs the coffee for you, very nice. Would still prefer that you could just pick it up yourself, but the team here has obviously made an extra effort and it is greatly appreciated 🙂
Feb 2023: The folks are nice, friendly. But dang sometimes the service is wicked slow. Now, this may just be me, yet having the mobile order items for pickup behind the counter doesn't help. I overheard a barista tell a customer once, that they have it there so it's an easy reach for the people at the mobile window. OK. Yet half the point of ordering on the app, is to be able to just walk in the door and pick up your mobile order. It doesn't do anybody any good, if I have to get a barista, who's already busy, to go find my mobile order....
