This Subway location is horrible and I will not be spending my money here ever again. The two Indian Subway Employees who currently work at this location are prejudice, racist, and have the nastiest attitudes. They are entirely unprofessional and grotesque.
I work at this Walmart location, and have seen how they treat both customers and the employees of the Walmart their Subway establishment is located in.
Today, three of my coworkers were eating lunch and enjoying their breaks when I walked in to join them. A few minutes later, a young black boy walked in, and politely asked the two Subway employees, “Excuse me, can I have a napkin?” The two employees, a man and woman, proceeded to ignore the young boy as if he didn’t exist. He asked, “Excuse me, can I have a napkin?” twice.
One of my coworkers proceeded to step up to approach the young boy as he was leaving and encouraged him to stay until he received a napkin. My coworker approached the two Subway employees and said, “Didn’t y’all hear him asking for a napkin?” The man behind the counter proceeded to say that the young boy was “Yelling” and implied that he was rude, therefore he had no interest in handing the young boy a napkin. After exchanging a few words with my coworker, the Subway employee irritably and hesitantly handed a napkin to the boy.
As my coworker returned to the booth, to continue enjoying her lunch, the woman behind the counter walked to our table and waved her finger in my coworker’s face. The Subway employee told my coworker to, “Mind your business”.
I do not know who is in charge of this Subway franchise or who has authority over these two Subway employees, but I need their contact information immediately or I will call corporate. These employees need to be held accountable, as this isn’t their first complaint, and I expect an investigation will be launched. These employees have gotten out of hand and they treat both customers and Walmart employees with absolute disrespect. If no one holds these two individuals accountable, then I will. I will no longer spend my money at this Subway franchise until these two employees...

I then tell him I just wanted the 2.99 deal he then rings me up for that extra lage drink and cookie separate so my total is more. Then I point out that cant be right because it should be the sand which cost plus 2.99. He then grumbles and said well you shouldn't have got the extra large. [Note I was handed the cup]. I then was rung up again and i paid. Then i sit down look at my receipt and see that he charged me 2.75 meal plus .65 cookie. Which is more than the 2.99 deal. The worker seen me placing it and watched me put it in as she was taking other customers orders. Without saying anything i got a notification that she had just cancelled my order and thats all. I walked over and said something and she tried to give me an excuse of she couldn't take orders but i watched her ring up and make 3 Caucasian peoples orders. I explained to her that that was my last $10 and my son no longer has anything to eat. The subway app is saying that my money won't be returned for a week and that was our dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow. She did not care. She acted as if she did not care and I left.
