Threatening to call the police on a customer because you don’t know how to resolve their concerns is absurd. I ordered my breakfast through the Burger King app. The order included two vanilla iced coffees, one medium one small when I arrived. The lady at the window informed me that they did not have any more vanilla coffee. OK not a problem. I will take the mocha instead she said she wasn’t sure if she had enough to make two coffees but she would try. She let me know. I don’t have enough to make two but I can make one for the medium. I said OK that’s not a Problem You can just refund me for the small. She said I cannot refund you, but you can refund yourself through the app I pulled my phone out as we’re speaking and I informed her the app does not give me the option to request a refund so we can we just replace with an item of the same price. she offered me a soda. The sodas do not cost the same an iced coffee. The coffees are more expensive. I said thank you but I don’t want a soda. Can we swap it out for either some French toast or maybe a biscuit? That is the same price…. keep in mind I kept emphasizing the same price Because I was not asking for anything I did not pay for. I just did not want a soda and again the sodas are cheaper than what I paid for. She said she could not do that so I said OK. Well, if you don’t have a coffee, I’m not mad about that if you don’t have it, you just don’t have it however you saying that you can’t refund me my money and you cannot give me an item of the same price is not acceptable. You’re basically stealing from your customer saying I don’t have it and I’m not gonna resolve your concerns so if you can’t fix it then can I speak with a manager who can help me get a refund because that you can see through this app it’s not allowing me to initiate or request a refund so she says I am a manager but I can have someone else see if they can help so she left the window and then this older white lady with a bunch of warts on her face came to the window. I explained the same thing to her. Please keep in mind. I did not cuss at anyone. I did not yell at anyone I did not call anyone out of their name and I did not threaten anyone. It’s not that deep if it’s just a small ice coffee, I just want to get something of the same price or get a refund. the older white lady with the warts all over her face comes to the window. She says well we can only give you a drink, and I explained to her you do not have any of the coffees in any flavor which that’s OK. I understand if you ran out that’s not an issue only thing you’re offering me is a soda and I do not want a soda so please provide me with either a food item of the same exact price or refund. The lady says she’s not doing either. Now keep in mind. I still have not received anything I ordered. I haven’t got any of the food nothing so at this point I said OK well, I’m not leaving this window until you help me because keep in mind they still haven’t even gave me my food. The lady then calls 911 and I look at her and I said why are you calling the police because you don’t know how to resolve my concerns and she said oh you’re being irate. I said ma’am did I cuss at you? She said no.I said ma’am did I yell at you? She said no.I said ma’am did I threaten you? She said no. I said if I’m not doing any of those things, how am I being irate? I’m asking you to resolve my concerns and give me my order which I still haven’t got she looks at me and says oh, I didn’t know that they didn’t give you your food. I said well if you had asked me that question before jumping to call the police you would have known that. The police are not to help you figure out how to resolve customer concerns, the police are to help you in the event that you have a real threatening problem. I am not a threatening problem. You’re just using the police as a weapon because you are white woman and you’re speaking with a black woman and you don’t want to take the time to resolve my concerns. Read moreI really hope that the day shift has better leadership. Go in with my wife ordered 2 combos, one med. sized with fountain drink, the other med. sized with a strawberry smoothie. After sitting there waiting for a good 8-10 mins looking at a dining room littered with trash, unwiped empty tables and highchairs, sticky condiment and drink area and over filled trashcans another customer asked if one of us had ordered a smoothie, because they don't have any strawberries. So I went up to find out what was going on, a cashier breaks the bad news. Oh well you win some you lose some. After about another 7-8 mins later they call my number. A wait is ok with me as long as the food is fresh...Yeah surprise, surprise our food isn't even close to fresh. We had some barley pretending to be burgers, fries, and onion rings. We decided to leave and just toss the in the food danger zone away. But what gets me is instead of being on the forefront making sure their guest had a clean place to eat or maybe fresh food, was in the kitchen cutting it up with all the kids that work there. How is your night crew not embarrassed to have their money walk into the door and find a dump that serves luke cold food, and put peoples lifes at risk without a care in the world. And whoever the GM is should be ashamed of themselves for not caring enough about their store, to stay at night to make sure his or her store is being ran properly. Read moreI almost didn't stop at this burger king because it looked like it was closed, it was 6:45 am and the lights on the sign were not on no lights in the parking lot and the lights in the dinning room were not on. I went to enter the door and it was locked so I thought maybe they are closed, but the hrs on the door said they were opened at 6am so I knocked on the door and the young lady came to the door and unlocked it and turned then walked away. She then proceeded to do something in the dining room while I waited at the counter for her to take my order. She wasn't particularly rude but definitely not friendly. The coke freestyle machine kept saying that it needed service in order to ensure freshness but I managed to get some drink out of it. I don't usually do these reviews bit I felt that this establishment was particularly bad so I hope someone can make some changes to improve it. I would say the next time your going to a fast food joint just go to Chick-fil-a and be treated like gold and the food...
