I've had trouble getting everything delivered. They keep saying they'll bring the rest by and then never show up. I was supposed to have all my furniture on the 14th bust they couldn't use the truck cuz they were locked out by some kids and so they used a van. They scheduled for 3-6 pm didn't show up til almost 6 brought my couch loveseat and bed frame. Rescheduled for the rest to show up on Friday which was only 2 days later so I said ok scheduled a time and they gave me a temporary mattress cuz mine hadn't come in yet understandable. Well Friday came and they brought my chest of drawers, dinning set, vanity mirror for the chest of drawers and my electric bike which came from another store. They hadn't properly inspected it despite waiting several hours to supposedly replace the back tirez tube. The bike has over 800 miles. The brakes don't work the seat slowly lowers as I tried to ride it. Rode it one time and the tire they had just replace popped the bike would turn itself off as I was riding it too. Told them to pick it up and let me know when they can replace it cuz I'm not paying for a broken hunk of metal. They have rescheduled to bring my mattress and nightstand and pick up the bike twice and never showed up either time. I love these people they are genuinely nice and I love what I do have other then the broken bike but the delivery issues are frustrating. I'm kinda just blaming the holidays right now cuz I know they must be swamped but if they can't make the delivery at that time it'd be nice not...

My father passed away in November. I was told by Michelle (I think that's how you spell her name, sorry if im wrong) that my mother didn't have to pay anything anymore all they needed was my dad's death certificate and they would clear her account. Now 4 days until Christmas Jeremy is calling and harrassing my mom for payments on furniture we were told she didn't owe anything anymore. I would never refer anyone to get anything from any buddys. They care more about money and commission. They don't care that my mother and I are grieving. We just lost a key part of our world. We don't need to be bothered anymore. Have a Merry...

The furniture is grungy and dirty, very worn, and highly overpriced. The appliances are bug infested, or disgusting. The people in charge are so pushy to make a sale, they don't even care if the product you paid for is what your gonna get delivered. They don't care if they damage your new stuff, just as long as they get their money. If you do choose to use them, you need to fully investigate the product before signing anything.
