AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Ada

Very annoyed with this location. I am out of town here and I called in asked if they was able to change out a battery for me and they said yes. I went in and bought a battery for $244 and they told me that they aren’t able to change the battery out because they don’t have someone else to be inside that is able too. 3 days later I am still dealing with a dead battery in which I had to walk 3.5 miles into work and after wards drive 2 hours home. But first I have call a mobile mechanic to the hotel that I checked out of to help me with my battery…don’t tell people that you help change batteries you can’t change batteries…thank you for the biggest inconvenience that I’ve had to deal in with this year in cost of Ubers and having to walk across town for work daily because of my...

Bought a couple of sensors here and they had to order them which was fine but one of them did not fit our truck… now I had already thrown the box away but had my receipt. They refused to return the part because they said it was an oem part but that was the part they ordered for me I wasn’t trying to scam them for the whole $17 that the part cost I just wanted to exchange it for the right part… I got treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about probably because I’m a women but I know that was the part they ordered and I wasn’t trying to scam a whole whooping $17 from them… I will never take my business there again over this because they ordered the wrong part and I still wind up having to keep...

Of the five times I have been in AutoZone since it has opened in Ada only once was I asked “Can I help you?” And that was after I stood at the counter waiting on the two guys hanging out in the parts finishing up a funny story. That was the only time I tried to get a part. The other times I just went in to get things off the shelves. Today was my last time.
